Products

International Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. (IEM) currently manufactures snowmobile and ATV accessories. Using existing proprietary processes and intellectual properties, IEM designs, tests, manufactures, packages, markets and sells these products to a world-wide distribution network, including the OEM’s under the trademarked name, Woody’s®. Products include studs, runners, support plates and ATV accessories.

Our studs are manufactured using steel, stainless steel or titanium. Most are made with a carbide tip using a proprietary process. . Each stud and material is designed for specific terrains in varying lengths, shapes and stamped to IEM specifications for a precise fit to the bottom of the stud.

IEM manufactures runners with carbide inserts that fit to the bottom of snowmobile skis. This product significantly increases steering of the snowmobile. The runners are made from steel plates and/or round steel bars that are formed and cut to length, then mounting bolts, cold-headed at IEM are robotically welded  to the runners. Carbide pads in varying lengths are induction brazed to the steel runners.
